ROOTT Implant Passport System Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing and registering information in the ROOTT Implant Passport System, users (patient, dentist, or dental assistant) confirm that they have read and accepted the terms of use stated in this document. If these terms are not accepted, access to and use of the system services will not be available.

2. System Introduction and Services

The ROOTT Implant Passport System is designed to register, store, and provide easy access to technical information of ROOTT dental implants.

The system services include:

  • Implant information registration and storage
  • Displaying implant technical specifications
  • Product authenticity verification
  • Providing access to registered information for the patient and treating dentist upon patient approval

3. Responsibility for Information Registration

ROOTT is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information entered by users.

The user who registers the information is responsible for the accuracy of entered data, including personal information and implant-related details.

4. Data Collection and Use

Information collected during registration and activation of the Implant Passport, including identification information, contact details, and implant technical information, is used only for the following purposes:

  • Verification and confirmation of product authenticity
  • Creation and maintenance of the digital Implant Passport
  • Providing access to registered information
  • Sharing implant technical information with the treating dentist upon patient request and approval

5. Data Security and Privacy

Registered information is accessible only to the user, the treating dentist with patient approval, or authorized authorities where legally required.

ROOTT is committed to keeping user information confidential and taking necessary measures to protect it.

6. Limitation of Liability

ROOTT makes every effort to provide stable services; however, it is not responsible for issues beyond its control, such as internet interruptions, infrastructure failures, or service provider disruptions.

The Implant Passport is only a tool for storing and managing implant technical information and does not replace professional dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the design, content, structure, and services of the ROOTT Implant Passport System belong to the relevant owners.

Any copying, reproduction, or commercial use of any part of the system without written permission is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms of Use

ROOTT may update these terms when necessary. The updated version will be published through the same page, and continued use of the system after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In case of disputes, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the issue will be handled through competent legal authorities.
